Well Appointment is an online appointment booking and management platform that connects patients with healthcare providers (Doctors and Clinics). We provide:
Online appointment scheduling
Appointment Management
Video consultation (Agora)
Automated email reminders
Personal booking Page (for doctors)
Care ID (unique identifier of each doctor)
IMPORTANT: Well Appointment is a technology platform only. We are NOT a medical service provider, healthcare facility, or medical professional.
3. User Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create a doctor account. Patients under 18 may book appointments with parental/guardian consent.
Doctors must: Hold valid medical licenses
Doctors must: Comply with medical regulations
Doctors must: Maintain liability insurance
4. User Accounts and Responsibilities
Doctor Accounts
- • Maintain confidentiality of credentials
- • Provide accurate practice information
- • Responsible for all medical care provided
- • Comply with HIPAA and privacy laws
Patient Accounts
- • Provide accurate contact information
- • Arrive on time and behave appropriately
- • Misuse results in account termination
5. Subscription Plans and Payment
Free Plan
Up to 4 new appointments per day
Pro Plan
$11 USD/month for unlimited appointments
- • Payments processed via PayPal or Wise
- • Subscription fees are billed monthly / yearly in advance
6. Prohibited Activities
❌ Illegal activities
❌ False information
❌ Impersonation
❌ Harassment/spam
❌ Hacking attempts
❌ Fake bookings
Violation may result in immediate account termination and legal action.
7. Medical Disclaimer

Well Appointment does NOT provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. All medical services are provided by independent healthcare professionals. Well Appointment only handles Appointment Booking and management.
8. Limitation of Liability
The platform is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:
Medical malpractice by providers
Missed appointments
Technical issues including video call disruptions
Indirect or consequential damages
